she's from the same place that i am. couple people warned me she had some negative views on things like prosthetics, but i didn't realize just how far that apparently went.

Unless she saw me in the display, she wouldn't be able to connect it to me. Then again, she doesn't seem like the type who cares about making enemies here, even though there are so few of us. Imagine if she went around stabbing everyone just to find me.

Not that his battles in the Abyss aren't a point of pride for him—they are, but perhaps to some it would sound absurd or terrifying, what he's encountered and how he's had to adjust to deal with them. ]

i know enough about fighting to be aware i'm lucky she didn't want me dead. she's fast. it would've been over before i reacted.
