[ The announcement comes when the two of them are in their room, but this time, the items that Yesod sets down on the bedside table are genuinely unsettling. So much so, in fact, that certain other video footage featuring them is shelved for now, thoughts to examine another day, much like the rest of the convention center collection. These take precedence for materializing with what can't be coincidental timing, in a location where other leaked information was already discovered — and because of their contents.
The label bearing Netzach's name immediately stands out. Plenty within the file will as well. ]
...I must confess, I've been preoccupied with these since the recent meeting.
[ Is the sudden appearance of these particular documents deliberate, then? ]
[ Where should he begin? He frowns at the documents before them; his thoughts gravitate to too much there. ]
I don't know what to make of the listed status in this report... It seems that you and I were present until the end of that iteration, however, and so was Roland, unlike Tiphereth and Carmen.
[ At least it is reassuring that Netzach is still here, and his physical body must be well. It's comforting to think that they grew close in several iterations, too, not just this one. ]
[ He watches Netzach, concerned, drawing a little closer as he studies Netzach's expression, but he says nothing else for now, letting Netzach read and process the information written in these pages. It strikes him as an odd decision on the researchers' part, to take Carmen from back then, the rest of them from a future in which she was long gone, while the vision that once brought all of them together lived on. ]
[ He lets his arms settle around Netzach then, continuing to regard him instead of the documents. Considering the context around the details involving Carmen and Tiphereth, is there a possibility that they were decommissioned because they were deemed detrimental to Netzach's existence within the City enclosure's community, at the time? Tiphereth's stay was particularly brief. ]
...Perhaps we consistently displayed behavioral patterns that the researchers wanted to observe further.
[ Like this... That was evidently a pattern itself, across the iterations for which footage has appeared thus far, in addition to their current one and CE-39, despite the latter being cut short. Granted, some may have taken slightly unusual routes, while others were more straightforward, and it's possible that multiple factors during this one brought them together sooner than those previous times.
Briefly, Yesod glances at the page before them. ]
It wasn't difficult to fall in love with you, given the opportunity.
[ On the contrary, it was difficult to resist it, when that seemed necessary. ]
It's clear that several versions of myself thought so as well. And... I'd like to think that the experience of getting to know each other better has been positive for both of us, each time.

[he leans over to look at the items, the files--
...the label with his name. he's silent for a moment, looking at it.]
Yesod-- what's it say?

Tiph and Roland too, and-- us. But then why are we the only ones still here?

[mm. he's quiet, settling into yesod's arms.]
How... often do you think we'd end up like this? If they kept using us together.
